Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch all pop-up card orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way!

How long does delivery take, and what are the shipping costs?

Switzerland: Next-day delivery

Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship throughout Europe. If you’re unsure about delivery to your country, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to help!

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

For cancellations or modifications, please email us at contact@popacard.ch as soon as possible. Changes can be made if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Can you write a message in the card and send it directly to someone?

Yes! You can add a personal message before adding to basket. We’ll handwrite it in your selected pop-up card before sending directly to your recipient.

Can I send multiple cards to different recipients in one order?

Each order can only be shipped to a single address, so if you’d like to send cards to more than one person, you’ll need to place a separate order for each recipient.
