Shipping & Delivery
Where are your pop-up cards shipped from, and which service do you use?
All our 3D pop-up cards are packed with care and dispatched from our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. We rely on the dependable Swiss Post (La Poste Suisse) network for all deliveries, ensuring fast, secure service both domestically and internationally.
How long does delivery take, and what are the shipping destinations?
We ship daily to customers in Switzerland and across Europe (including the UK).
Switzerland (Domestic): Next-day delivery
Europe & UK (International): 3โ5 business days
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim for speed! We dispatch all pop-up card orders within 1 business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with any necessary information the moment your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/size of your order. You will see the exact cost before finalising your purchase.
Orders & Personalisation
Can you write a personal message in the card and send it directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! This is one of our most popular services. Before adding the card to your basket, simply type your message into the designated field. We’ll handwrite your message in a beautiful script directly into your chosen pop-up card before sending it straight to your recipient. Itโs the perfect way to send a personal, effortless gift.
Can I send multiple cards to different people in one order?
To ensure each card is correctly addressed and delivered on time, each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you’d like to send cards to multiple recipients, you’ll need to place a separate order for each person.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders very quickly, often within hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at contact@popacard.ch immediately. We can easily make changes or issue a full refund provided your order has not yet been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
What is your policy if I change my mind about a purchase?
We want you to love your pop-up card. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your unused item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact us at contact@popacard.ch to arrange the return.
Please note: Customised cards with handwritten messages are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
What if there’s a mistake with my order or the card is defective?
We stand by the premium quality of our cards. If we made an error in your order (e.g., wrong card sent) or if the card arrives damaged or defective, we will immediately send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Just send us a photo and a brief explanation, and we’ll make it right.

What are your pop-up cards made of?
Our cards are crafted using high-quality, durable cardstock and are designed with intricate laser-cut details. They are truly little works of paper art, ensuring the 3D structure is sturdy and lasts long after the occasion.
Do your cards require extra postage due to their thickness?
No. Despite their intricate 3D design, all our pop-up cards fold flat and are designed to fit into a standard envelope. They can be sent with standard letter postage.
