Our story

We are a Spanish and French-Chinese couple with a shared passion for travel and discovery. Because our own lives are a mix of Europe and Asia, we’ve always loved finding things that bring those two worlds together.

In 2017, we were traveling through Vietnam. Somewhere between the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh City and the quiet, ancient feel of Hue, we stumbled upon something we hadn’t seen before. They were incredibly delicate, handcrafted pop-up cards. They didn’t feel like simple greeting cards; they felt like little pieces of art that tucked a whole world into a flat envelope. We were so captivated that we sent one home to family.

Fast forward to today, and that same card is still sitting on a shelf. Most cards get read once and tucked away in a drawer, but this one stayed out. It’s a quiet reminder of a specific time and place.

When we settled back in Geneva, we realised how hard it was to find cards like this in Europe. We wanted to change that. We started this because we wanted to make these handmade creations accessible and affordable, but mostly because we wanted to share that “wow” moment we had in Vietnam.

A paper tradition

In a world that moves so fast and lives mostly on screens, there’s something irreplaceable about the joy of getting a physical letter in the mail.

We really believe in a tangible connection. It’s why we offer to hand-write your messages for you. If you can’t send the card yourself, we’ll pick up a pen and write it by hand – because a printed message just doesn’t feel the same as ink on paper.
